Cancellation Policy
I require all guests to reschedule or cancel if needed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This time was reserved specially for you and cancelling 48 hours in advance allows me the proper time to fill your allotted appointment time. My system will send you a confirmation 72 hours before your appointment. I prefer for you to confirm or reschedule at this time, but will allow cancellations or reschedules up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling after 48 hours or a no call no show will result in a non negotiable 50% cancellation fee. I understand life happens and will never shame you for needing to reschedule within the allotted time. In the case of a no call no show you will be banned from booking in the future.

I'm new to the area and so happy that I found Mallory at Golden Hour Hair Lounge. Not only did she give me a fantastic cut, but she also made the experience enjoyable. Her professionalism was evident throughout, and I appreciated the little touches, like offering drink choices. She is one of those unicorn stylists who combine talent, friendliness, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning!

I’m new to the area, and choose Mallory for my vivid hair transformation after finding her on IG. I am so glad I did! I was able to fit in her schedule next day (a cancellation I believe), and she was so kind and accommodating! She has drinks and snacks, but more importantly concerned for your comfort throughout the appointment. I had a loose idea of what I wanted from 6-7 pictures and she blew my expectations out of the water!
